| Has my order shipped? | |
| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. We try and update the status as soon as your item has shipped but every now and then we forget for a day or so. If you have a specific question please call us. | |
| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? | |
| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. | |
| How do I track my order? | |
| We generally do not include package tracking free of charge via USPS. If you have paid for priority shipping we will have a tracking number for you. Please call or email and we will provide you the number. Dealer orders are shipped via FEDEX and are always tracked. That number can be provided on request. |

| My order never arrived. | |
| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. We like to allow at least 7 days for the US postal service to deliver your package before we start hunting for it. From time to time USPS will lose a package. If you believe your box is lost, please contact customer service for assistance. International orders can take 2 weeks or longer. If you are out side of the USA please be patient. |

| When will my backorder arrive? | |
| We try to never have backorders. If a product is back ordered, it's because one of our suppliers is backordered. We will ship your products as soon as our inventory allows. If an item is back ordered for more than 2 weeks, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase. |
